what i want

i want to be able to have, as a first step, a Public and Open Weblog, where anyone can post to. Use it like a wiki, making it easy to link to its own pages. Is that possible?

what about a drag and drop link builder?

intro to this topic of recent changes

Check it out, I think it will work. Best, MarkDilley
